Welcome to Veil Whispers. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veil Whispers website, services, content, booking platform, and related offerings provided by Veil Whispers LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Veil Whispers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, booking or purchasing a session, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or book a Veil Whispers service.

1. Our Services

Veil Whispers provides spiritual and intuitive services, including animal communication through telepathy, communication with animals who have passed, and energy healing services for animals.

Our services are intended to support personal insight, spiritual exploration, connection, and the relationship between humans and their animal companions. Experiences are individual and subjective, and Veil Whispers does not guarantee any particular message, experience, result, or outcome from a session.

Animal Communication and Energy Healing are separate services and must be booked separately unless otherwise specifically stated.

2. Veterinary & Professional Care Disclaimer

Veil Whispers services are complementary spiritual and intuitive practices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

Veil Whispers does not provide veterinary diagnoses, medical diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans, or veterinary medical advice. Information received or discussed during an Animal Communication or Energy Healing session should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent an illness or medical condition or to delay appropriate veterinary care.

If your animal is experiencing illness, injury, pain, behavioral changes, or other concerning symptoms, you are responsible for consulting an appropriately licensed veterinarian or other qualified professional.

In an emergency, please contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary facility immediately rather than waiting for a Veil Whispers session.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase services from Veil Whispers.

By booking a session, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Booking & Payment

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking platform, Acuity Scheduling, and payments are processed through Stripe or another payment method we may make available in the future.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the booking process and required payment have been successfully completed.

By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At Veil Whispers, each appointment is personally reserved for you and your animal. Because dedicated time is set aside for every session, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your scheduled start time.

If you need to reschedule, you may select another available appointment through the Veil Whispers scheduling system.

If there are no appointments available within the next 90 days, you may be offered the next available appointment or, at the discretion of Veil Whispers, receive an account credit for the amount originally paid to be applied toward a future session.

Account credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Late Rescheduling

Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time. Changes requested within this period will be treated as a missed appointment, and a new session must be booked at full price.

Refunds

All Veil Whispers sessions are non-refundable once booked. This includes changes of mind, failure to attend, late arrival, and failure to reschedule within the permitted timeframe.

If Veil Whispers must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment. If a suitable alternative cannot be provided, you may choose to receive an account credit or a refund of the amount paid for the affected session.

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may not proceed.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or complimentary rescheduling. If you wish to receive the service after missing your appointment, you will need to schedule a new session at the then-current full price.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the correct appointment date and time and accounting for any applicable time-zone differences.

7. Animal Communication Sessions

Animal Communication sessions are conducted remotely through Zoom and are available to clients worldwide.

You are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary for the session and for having a suitable internet connection and compatible device for participating in the Zoom session.

Animal communication is intuitive and subjective in nature. Information may be perceived or interpreted through thoughts, feelings, images, sensations, emotions, memories, symbols, impressions, or other intuitive experiences.

The animal's participation, the information received, and the nature of each session may vary. Veil Whispers does not guarantee that a particular question will be answered or that a specific type of information will be received.

Sessions may also be offered for animals who have passed.

8. Session Recordings

Animal Communication sessions may be recorded at the client's request.

Any recording provided to you is intended solely for your private, personal use. Unless Veil Whispers provides prior written permission, recordings may not be publicly posted, published, distributed, sold, reproduced, broadcast, uploaded to social media, used commercially, or otherwise made publicly available.

9. Energy Healing

Energy Healing is offered as a separate complementary spiritual wellness service.

Energy Healing sessions are intended to support relaxation, energetic connection, and spiritual well-being. They are not veterinary medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.

No particular physical, emotional, behavioral, or medical outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Clients should continue following the recommendations and treatment plans of their veterinarians and other qualified professionals.

10. Client Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for decisions concerning yourself and your animal.

Information received during a Veil Whispers session should be considered within the spiritual and intuitive nature of the service. You agree not to use information from a session as the sole basis for making veterinary, medical, legal, financial, or other significant professional decisions.

You are responsible for seeking appropriately qualified professional assistance whenever circumstances require it.

11. Testimonials, Animal Stories & Social Media

Booking a session does not give Veil Whispers permission to publicly share your private session, recording, personal information, animal's photograph, or identifiable session details.

Veil Whispers may separately ask whether you are willing to allow certain messages, stories, photographs, testimonials, or portions of your experience to be shared for educational, promotional, or social-media purposes.

Providing this permission is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving services.

Where separate permission is requested, the scope of that permission will be governed by the consent provided by the client.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Veil Whispers name, logo, website design, graphics, written materials, educational content, photographs owned by Veil Whispers, videos, exercises, session materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Veil Whispers LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access website content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit Veil Whispers content without prior written permission.

13. No Guarantees

Every animal, person, and session is unique.

Veil Whispers makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, interpretation, or outcome of intuitive information received during a session and does not guarantee that a client will receive any particular message, result, behavioral change, healing outcome, or other desired result.

By booking a service, you acknowledge the subjective and spiritual nature of these practices.

14. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information on our website. However, website content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, availability, descriptions, policies, or website content at any time, subject to applicable law.

15. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may rely upon third-party platforms and providers, including scheduling, videoconferencing, payment-processing, website-hosting, analytics, and other services.

Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Veil Whispers is not responsible for interruptions, outages, errors, security incidents, or other circumstances caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veil Whispers LLC and its owner, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or participation in Veil Whispers services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Veil Whispers may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or Veil Whispers services will be subject to applicable Florida and federal law.
