Animal photographs, questions, and session information are treated as private client information and will not be intentionally published or publicly shared by Veil Whispers without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
If Veil Whispers asks for permission to share an animal's photograph, an interesting message from a session, a client story, or a testimonial, that permission will be requested separately and will be optional.
Declining such permission will not affect your ability to book or receive Veil Whispers services.
5. Session Recordings
Animal Communication sessions conducted through Zoom may be recorded at the client's request.
Recordings are intended for the client's personal use. We may temporarily retain recordings as reasonably necessary to create, process, or deliver them.
Veil Whispers will not intentionally publish or use a private session recording for promotional purposes without separate permission from the client.
6. Scheduling Through Acuity
Veil Whispers uses Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service, to manage appointments.
When you schedule an appointment, information such as your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, intake-form responses, and uploaded files may be collected and processed through the scheduling platform.
Squarespace specifically identifies these categories as information that may be collected through Acuity bookings.
This information is used to facilitate your booking and provide the requested service.
7. Payment Processing
Veil Whispers uses Stripe to process payments.
When you purchase a service, certain personal and payment information is transmitted to Stripe for purposes such as processing the transaction, preventing fraud, and completing your purchase.
Stripe processes your payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.
8. Zoom Sessions
Veil Whispers uses Zoom to conduct live remote sessions.
